Flooding in the road every time it rains

This problem has been reported before under reference - 2742964. This was reported over a year ago and all of a sudden in the summer it was just changed to “fixed” (without any kind of email update, I’ve had to go digging through my report emails to find an update on it) but this is not resolved. Nothing has changed at all and the water still pools in the road. When cars drive through this it sends waves of water onto both the pathway and onto our driveway, we can’t get in or out of the car when this happens due to the amount of water that is thrown from the road when cars drive through. Please look into this properly instead of just closing the case with no action being taken

  • When will this case be updated? It’s been a year since the first case was opened (which was then closed with no action and is referenced above) and nothing is being done, we’re constantly having rain water sprayed all over our car and driveway when it rains and cannot get in or out of the car on our drive without getting soaked
