Alley leading to station

My grand daughter was running through the train station alley down towards Northall Road fell into the hedges which is fully over grown got caught in the holly and as scratched all her arms and face needs to be sorted asap if it’s the neighbour side the a letter needs to be written to them irs very dangerous I also use a double buggy and my younger grandchildren arms are also of of the pram
