Broken Litter Bin

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3910743.

A resident who resides in number 1 has reported that the bin has been broken off by another resident as he found it offensive. People using the shops on the parade now just drop their litter onto the floor and is becoming an environmental health problem, attracting rats etc.
