Uneven surface made worse
Reported via mobile in the Damaged pavement category anonymously at 17:03, Fri 14 October 2022
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3890627.
There is cracked tarmac and slabs, created from tree roots outside 19 Groombridge Close. However today someone has come out to repair it and it is a massive bodge job which just makes the path more uneven, a trip hazard and unsafe for wheelchairs. This needs to be taken up properly the tree roots cut back and re tarmaced. Also a slab has been taken up and tarmaced but all the broken uneven slab’s around it have been left. If you make an area look like a dump people will treat it like one.

Some work has been done but it is still not resolved. The path is really uneven and people are at risk of tripping and is a hazard for anyone with visual problems or disabilities.
