Large crack in footpath
Reported via desktop in the Footpaths / Carriageway category anonymously at 12:36, Fri 14 October 2022
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3889872.
During the summer large cracks appeared in the tarmac footpaths around the play area of the park especially at the end near the trampoline area. Today my three year old grandson was on his scooter travelling from the swings to the trampoline area when the wheel got wedged in one of the cracks causing him to tip over the handle bar and hurt his hand. He was very upset, shocked and in pain. Could you tell me if there are plans to repair the paths. Parents with buggies, grandparents, young children and toddlers are struggling to safely manoeuvre around these crevices.
