Sunken drain previously reported but nothing done to fix it

Reported via desktop in the Damaged road category anonymously at 16:51, Fri 23 September 2022

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3844480.

There is a sunken drain at the zebra crossing on the corner of Erith Road and Windermere Road near the Sainsburys Local. As the road narrows at the crossing lorries have no option but to go down the hole which creates a very loud bang with the vibration being felt in our property. This has been previously reported (ref 2232953) but nothing was done. The hole is now deeper and the pointing continues to fall out of the brickwork in our house as a result of the vibrations. Please could this be looked at as a matter of urgency otherwise we will appoint a structural engineer to advise on further action. If possible we would like to meet with someone to discuss this
