Fly tip in road

Flooring underlay and packaging from laminate flooring dumped in the road. I passed this morning and someone has shifted it to the pavement, so they could have the parking space.

  • This is unbelievable. I reported this fly tip yesterday morning. I passed again last night and the refuse collectors have taken half of it but left a pile of it still there, also the black bags of rubbish have been collected but not all the rubbish that had come of them caused but foxes ripping the bags. So now another trip is needed to complete the job they could have done properly the 1st time.
