Traffic bollards

The traffic bollards close to much of the dual carriageway 24 hours a day why can't the bollards be removed every night so that the cars and heavy lorries are not stationary for ten or twenty minutes, causing pollution and using the fuel that few can aford

  • The bollards are serving absolutely no purpose other than delaying traffic, no works seem to be ever carried out and the only evidence is a small hut and ditch that is already set back from the road in a bus stop.

    I wouldn't expect someone whos job is to decide where to put traffic cones to have the highest IQ but this is ridiculous and its been left this way for weeks.
