  • I believe Bexley council mistakenly thought the rubbish was on private land as the car was. It isn't. It is on a public footpath in Briary court. To the far end of the road on the right.

  • Why does no one come to remove the rubbish dumped on the pavement. There are elderly people in Briary Court and rats are being seen around the mattress. If anyone is injured by Bexley councils seemingly refusal to take it away it will be on the head of the council and I for one would take it further.

  • The red mini DV55 XXN is causing an obstruction to the garages in Briary Court by prohibiting access to the garages. It has a Sorn declaration on it but this cannot allow someone to park on private land that the owner has no connection too. This car has been obstructing access for 3 months to date.
