The day after bin collection day (8 September’22) rubbish, including food which attracts animals and caused faeces, urine and rubbish to be strewn down Rast Road. The occupiers would benefit from A green bin or some small recycling bins. It is a hazard to the public and people are unable to walk on the footpath.
