Refuse from a kiddies party

This rubbish has been dumped as pictures show. It is full of party paraphernalia. We witnessed the party taking place in the abbey wood play area, there were around 20 or so people there on Saturday 13th august. As you can see on the pictures I found a receipt in the refuse that I have kept if you need it. It’s from Tesco’s woolwich and is date and time stamped and it also has a club card number on it so I’m sure you can locate the persons responsible. The item they purchased was a “party orchid”, which is further evidence you will be able to convict these scum bags. Thank you
