Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later.
Report ref: 3747557.
The alleyway and exits for rear gardens are completely unusable for houses 17-23 Lovel Avenue.
Dumped rubbish, overgrown bushes and trees are blocking the exit from gardens to the alleyway and gates. One particular bush has grown over my fence in 19 Lovel Avenue, and is starting to rot my fence and now shed roof.
