Large wasp nest in tree outside 26/26A Albany Close

There is a large wasp nest in the tree that is outside 26/26A Albany close. I am constantly getting wasps coming in my upstairs windows which I now can’t open, this is unbearable in the heat. My children have been stung more than once and we now can’t use our garden as they are constantly flying around in swarms going in and out of the tree.
