The bins require emptying , one is over flowing and litter strewn around bench, the other almost full and litter around that bench , could be a hazard if a child picks up something sharp or unhygienic , frequent problem that could be solved by emptying bins a bit more frequently especially during this warm weather and school holidays

    The almost full bin is now full up and overflowing, and the litter all around the benches and beyond is now increasing in volume as no-one can use the bins
