Council owned slave bin left in Picardy Road Belvedere DA17 near Purple Willows Nursery

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3731440.

This issue has been reported twice & subsequently reported as resolved! The slave bin has been moved 20 metres from Eardley Road, & left adjacent to the litter bin outside Purple Willows Nursery. Its revise was notified via the App last week. It is filled with rotting food waste. Would you now as a matter of urgency make the necessary arrangements to remove the bin.
