Possible subsidence in Road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3724299.

Resident is concerned that a sink hole could happen in this road, pot holes have been filled in and are sinking again, there are several large cracks in the road, and also residents driveway is sinking in places this is outside 133. There is no drainage in the road so water gathers outside residents house then gradually disappears.

Please can this road be investigated urgently before weather changes and a sink hole appears.
