Shrub borders full of litter, never cleared.

The shrub borders at the entrance of Erith Town Centre are full of litter. They need to be cleared regularly, not just in response to. Fix-my-street request which is the only time it is done. All of the shrub areas and brick planters in Erith Town Centre (including the ones outside Matalan and the top of the car park) are always full of litter.
