Subsidence on road, road is cracking and is now very uneven causing possible damage to vehicles and injuries cyclists

Reported via desktop in the Damaged road category anonymously at 17:38, Fri 22 July 2022

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3699273.

What looks like subsidence keeps occurring on the road between numbers 97 & 98 Park Mead. This has been patched up many times before but obviously this is subsidence and needs repairing correctly. This must be causing damage to cars and has the potential to cause injury to any cyclists who may ride down the road.
