Rubbish bags not cleaned for months now!

I have reported this couple of months ago, ref: 3611966 and Bexley council has marked it as FIXED. The bags and mattress are still there, plus many more! Do not mark the reports as FiXED unless it is really FIXED. I walk on this DISGUSTING road every day and I can guarantee you the roads in India or Bangladesh are cleaner! Educate your council tenants and their kids at school about fly-tipping and if you can't then clean it after them.
