Rubbish hanging from tree

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3694703.

I reported this problem but it was closed as the rubbish could not be found. The rubbish is still hanging from the tree found within the church grounds (but overhangs the public path/road). The rubbish is a large piece of plastic, it's quite high up but definitely visible. The tree is directly opposite the new block of flats that used to be the police station on Nuxley Road
