Smelly dirty rubbish/ items

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3692194.

For some time now I have visited Morrisons in Welling and use their car park if you decide to go down the alleys by foot into the high street they are absolutely discussing I spoke today to a guy cleaning some of the area but he said that the alleys at the back of the shops he is not to clean. Who is responsible. If it’s the houses or shops someone needs to visit the area and speak to the people. Something needs to be done it’s a disgrace to the Borough of Bexley Regards Joan Scantlebury
