The litter bin on the pavement adjacent to the green, opposite No35 Regent Square Belvedere is overflowing with rubbish and a bag of collected waste has been left beside it. Would arrangements be put in place to empty the bin & remove the bag of waste as soon as practical.

Simply the litter bin is overflowing & now there are several bags of rubbish collected by residents around the bin!
