The tree root is growing and breaking fences now they wont stand up, it is making people walk through sheltered hosing where there is venerable people, the lady that called is worried for the people staying there.

  • Resident has called from the sheltered accommodation saying that the panel is still broken and that the panel needs to be fixed as the residents are scared. Please can we confirm if it is council or mots responsibility to fix this
