This bin has been place here for several months by 13 rippersley road owner. It has already causing 2 minor car accident because it block the road for other people parking escpeially during after school hours. With a school nearby and people parking in this street to pick up their kids. It taking up space for the people who lives on the road and also for other road user especially during the finish school hour.
