Overgrown tree

The tree is overgrown and starting to come over mine and my neighbours fence. It is in the alleyway off of Dryden Road Welling, behind 11 and 12 keats Road. There is also a large amount of Ivy which got so bad it broke my fence panels which I had to replace. Please can someone come and remove this. Thank you
