Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3593138.
This car has been issued a cease and desist notice back in May and has been reissued with a notice for works that are to commence where the vehicle is currently parked. This car has parked in this space unauthorised and has not been moved in over a month.

While I appreciate your dilemma a cease notice is not at all legal ( is it ) plus if on private land only land owner can get it removed

On recent inspection the said vehicle is at the rear of block of flats with clear signs sayin private property , so unfortunately it would be a very long drawn out court case to have it removed the council do not take responsibility only on the public road it's down to the landloards
