Trip hazard on pavement o/s 65

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3592110.

Damaged section of tarmac to pavement, deep indentation in pavement which is becoming a trip hazard, people have tripped in this already. Pavement o/s 65 Northumberland way. Pavement also starting to crack outside 63.
