Reported via desktop in the Damaged pavement category by Alan George at 19:43, Fri 10 June 2022
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3587089.
The householder to corner of Bynon Avenue and Church Road has been building hi extension and garage with no regard for neighbours and safety -this disregard has caused several trips and slips to the area with a real danger of LBB being sued for negligence and wilful neglect to take action this discraceful mess has been allowed too long we are seriously considering taking legal action against LBB for wilful neglect our street looks like a tip!

My little grandson fell on these pavements only yesterday and cut his knees and hands the reaction to my previous complaint has never been acknowledged thankfully another unknown resident has also got the same concerns, this work which was overlooked by the female house owner has been bad workmanship from the health and safety aspect right from the start . The pavements are broken by never ending skip, delivery’s and dumped builders waste, it’s obviously a case of the inspector of the property hasn’t done there job properly as the owner has just put concrete on it which isn’t a fix ,if my grandchild got and broken bones this would be a court case in the making today …there is no dropped curb yet Bexley council allowed the homeowners to leave bins in place on the road to stop people parking, no drop curb I wonder if it was even inspected as I noticed since the last report nothing has been done
