Inaccurate / mis-leading road signs

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3578336.

Highlighted area (yellow) are East Terrace (numbers 1-12) and West Terrace (numbers 1-6). These properties are not in Wyncham Avenue yet the road sign at the start of the road suggests they are. This is causing confusion and lost post and delivery items. A road sign displaying as follows should rectify this:
