Continually park on footpath outside their own home

Dangerous. They park on footpath and elderly and those with prams have to walk in the road. Outside No.1. Ongoing issue plus they park on pavement as you enter Grosvenor blocking sight from Olron out

  • I. Can see your problem YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH THE CAR AS YOU TRY TO GET PAST WITH YOUR PRAME OR Children's BIKES , IT WOULD BE A SHAME TO DAMAGE THERE CAR I assume it's never been SCRATCHED
