Large piece of polythene still in tree reported over 6 weeks ago please remove as the size is a major threat to wild life

  • I reported this well over 6 weeks ago and this hasn't been looked at, its pitch black here of an evening! Having spoken to neighbours I know that they have also reported the light out (68).
