Tree overhanging on private property

The tree is overhanging where I park my vehicle on private property and the leaves and pollen and dew damages my car I have to clean it every week and it’s now costing a fortune can this be cut or removed I have previously asked and had no reply.

  • Sorry should have explained that where my car is I should park forward a bit but can’t because the tree is actually damaging my car and the tree is on council property by becton place can the tree be trimmed so it doesn’t overhang on private property or can this tree be removed? I have been suffering this tree for the past 8 years
