Roadwork triangular sign in the road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3524173.

A triangular road sign is in the middle of the road on the junction of Abbey Road and Turnstock Road. Cars, buses and lorries are driving over it and residents worried it might fly up and damage a car or hit someone. Please can this get removed as soon as possible please. Thank you.
