Broken paving slabs, including sunken paving slams

Number of broken and uneven paving slabs along the whole street, the picture taken is directly out my house (no 9) it is also the only acces to our main water meter, if more damage occurs our grill to access to water supply may drop further. There have been a number of reported falls/trips during evening hours by both the elder and younger residents of the rd two of the falls needed hospital treatment.
