The Tree is becoming dangerous

Reported via desktop in the Private property category anonymously at 16:20, Wednesday 11 May 2022

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3518918.

Hi I live at 2 Eversley Avenue, which has the train track right behind me. The tree is on the SE Rail property. It's growing uncontrollably and in high winds I have branches etc dropping into the garden. Generally can sit in the garden due to high levels or bird poo and the danger of branched dropping into the garden. I've asked SE Rail over the years to at least trim the tree but they have refused. They have however trimmed the tree from hanging over the road and from hanging over the tracks but refuse to trim it from hanging over my house... I might add I don't not have a long garden it's very small, so the danger and the inconvenience is multiplied. What can be done?
