X2 manhole covers damaged

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3514164.

Resident said this is a public footpath and pedestrians walk over these covers and they are damaged and in the verge of collapsing. He called the waterboard they came out and said nothing to do with them and its Bexley council that need to repair this.
