Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3504869.

Rubbish is placed weekly outside flats 2&3 in plastic bags & bin liners. The rubbish gets torn apart and is strewn across East Road Please provide flats 2&3 with bins or ask them to keep their rubbish inside
