145 Woodside Lane keeps obstructing the highway, by placing 3 x wheelie bins in the road outside their property. They do not have a drop kerb, and they do this to secure a parking space. This is selfish and unfair, as there are no parking restrictions in the road, and we are all entitled to park in the road. There are only limited spaces for all of us here.
