"Requires immediate restoration to it's former condition" of course because bespoke made statues wiped out by erratic drivers can be restored immediately by magic. Wake up to the real world the original thing to months to make, it's not going jump back to its feet immediately, there's the small matter of cost involved and the insurance settlements etc which take time. Honestly some people have no idea how the real world works......
