Yet again rubbish is strewn around, including ROTTING FOOD WASTE and goodness knows what else. I am led to believe that this rubbish comes regularly from one of more of the owners/residents. It is situated at Heathdene Drive/Upper Park Road, Belvedere.

    This rubbish is still lying around and is a breeding ground for vermin. I have complained to CEO's office (CEO at a meeting!)
