On wall in alley. See photo. When will the council / police get to grips with how bad this is getting in Welling? Today on 5 min short walk I counted nine new bits of new graffiti which was done overnight. The area is fast looking like some of the neighbouring boroughs and rapidly pushing decent people (tax-payers) out of the area, as it just looks so shabby now. Appreciate council is good at removing the damage but it just happens again the next day. Surely there is CCTV everywhere?
