Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3486467.

Resident lives in Cedar Grove her garden backs onto a service alleyway that has large refuse containers for the shops and restaurants here. There is a Tai restaurant the bin here is overflowing and at the side a mattress has been dumped and attracting rats. The smell and the state of the alleyway is really bad needs urgent action.
