Loose Manhole Cover

The manhole cover is directly outside the Westwood Masonic Centre, it’s causing noise pollution to our flat and other residents as well as directing a threat to oncoming drivers who go over it. It’s only a matter of time before it collapses in and causes more problems than just a loose cover, this problem has been going on for more than a week and has got progressively worse.
