Tree has fallen across path on face level. Path is route to school. Several other trees have fallen and are lodged in other trees and onto school

When is the council going to address the footpaths on Sidcup hill, they are a disgrace, I've seen old people trying to walk down a badly maintained pavement, please will you inspect the issue and let me aware of your findings, thank you!
