Illegal news paper bin has been attached to the fence, free news papers strewn over road and street. When it rains they turn to mush and flow to the drains causing blockages.

  • Nothing has happened the obstruction is still on the pavement, it's filled with newspapers that are strewn up the street.

  • Still here nothing has been done papers are still being strewn up the street making a complete mess. When it rains they turn to mush. Now we have black bin bags appearing next to it. What on earth is taking Bexley Council so long to deal with a simple illegal paper bin removal .
