The drain cover is falling into road. There is a large hole in front of the cover

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3448642.

The drain cover is sinking due to a large hole in front of the cover. It has been like this for 3 months. This has been repaired a few years back but very poorly. If anyone walks on this they will trip and fall. The drain is outside number 5 spring vale Da76ar.
