We want Bexley Council to do something about the CONTINUOUS traffic we are having in Chapel Hill. It starts at about 7am and does not ease until about 8pm. This is currently 7 days a week. Both the noise and air pollution levels are totally unacceptable. We have to listen to people's blaring music in their cars, as well as the constant hooting that they seem to feel is OK to do in a residential area. We now have to keep our windows shut in this warm weather to get some peace. I suffer from asthma which has got considerably worse in the last week. Please do something about this situation. I will go to the press if the Council ignore this problem. People also ignore the one way signs that are in place half way down Chapel Hill. We have been asking for a speed bump to be put in place at the junction half way down the hill, to deter people from using our road incorrectly.
