Tree is our yard

The tree seems to be very old and branches keep falling down, even big big one We bought the property a year and a half ago and refurbished it, we will move in this month and as we have a small child we are very concerned about these branches and the tree itself It also seems to have some kind of disease and last year the leaves looked very brown and spotted and there s also something on the branches themselves. We will really appreciate if you could come and check the tree at your earlier convenience. Best regards
