No one is picking up after their dogs mess

Dog owners are deliberately not picking up their dogs mess and it’s constant. The whole of Ruskin Avenue have constantly got dog poo needs stricter rules or have cameras to catch these dog owners and fine them. It’s very unsightly and it makes me physically sick passing by. Please Bexley council please do something about this on going problem. Thank you
