You don't have a real camera in place to inforce the fly tipping at the bins so people are not even bothering to break the law in the right place so no one will ever move it

  • Too little too late, someone moved it all down to the bins to encourage more lazy People to fly tip there, can you confirm when you are going to put the cameras in place to actually fine people doing it
